To make it easier and more convenient for you to book an activity with us Participate Australia is offering an online booking system!
You will be able to book your activities with us by clicking on the ‘Book an Activity’ section on our website. From there you can choose the activities that you want, including choosing the day, and time that works best for you.
We have also made it easier to pay your activity fee, as you can now easily pay online for the activity of your choice, by clicking on your preferred payment option.
A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you!
If you book, but are unable to attend, you can easily cancel by calling or emailing your Support Facilitator. Normal cancellation times and policies apply. If you are unsure what they are talk to your support facilitator.
Over the next six (6) months we will gradually roll out this online booking system across all our programs, however you will still be able to book an activity by calling or emailing us to book your spot.
During March 2022 we will be offering online bookings, as well as email and phone bookings, for all our Day Options activities.
We have designed the online booking system so that it is easy to navigate, and simple to use!
