Support Coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to: Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals. Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services. Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports. We provide Support Coordination (Level 2) and Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) services.
Our growing, highly experienced and empathetic team of twenty coordinators have the skills, knowledge and networks to help you get the best outcome and achieve goals. We speak several languages other than English that are, Arabic, French Hindi, Tagalog, Greek, Gujarati, Punjabi, Slovak, Cantonese and Mandarin. We are best known for handling complex cases and providing timely outcomes.

Support Coordinators assist you to implement a plan including a wide range of services, all centred on individual needs and goals. It could be anything, from connecting with the right service providers, transitioning from an aged care, forensic system or hospital, getting into a supported workplace, exploring housing options like public housing, private rental, ILO, SIL/SDA or even getting a drivers’ licence. We keep a track of your funding utilisation to ensure you are using it in an efficient manner and also organise reports for required review meetings. We give completely independent advice on the best way forward.
Our Support Coordination team is based in North Strathfield and we support participants across greater Sydney region.
