Volunteers are essential to the work of all not-for-profits, and that’s no different for Participate Australia. Our disability volunteers are valued members of the team. Our Board of Directors comprises professionals from the business and government sector, as well as a number of parents and carers of people with a disability.

We rely on volunteers at all our events and find support for jobs as varied as housekeeping, gardening, office work and supporting groups of people with disabilities in accessing cultural and social experiences in Sydney.

Participate Australia programs run on a rotating basis, seven days per week, with shifts in the mornings, the afternoons, evenings and even overnight.  This allows you to support Participate Australia when it best fits in with your life.

If you are interested in becoming part of a rewarding engagement with a progressive and dynamic disability service, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Please contact the Manger, Human Resources on 02 9797 5304 or hr@participateaustralia.com.au if you would like to know more about our disability volunteer program.
