Support Coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to: Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals. Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services. Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports. We provide Support Coordination (Level 2) and Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) services.
Our growing, highly experienced and empathetic team of 16 coordinators have the skills, knowledge and networks to help you achieve your goals and get the best possible outcomes. We speak several languages other than English, including Hindi, Arabic, Slovakian, Czech, Cantonese, and Mandarin. We are best known for handling complex cases and delivering timely, person centred outcomes.

If you, or someone you know, has been funded for support coordination, our highly experienced and diverse Support Coordination team can help you plan, explore your options and start putting everything into action. We work along side you to implement a plan in a way that suits your needs, preferences and goals.

We keep a track of your funding utilisation to ensure you are using it in an efficient manner and also organise reports for required review meetings. We give completely independent advice and clear options so you can make informed decisions about your supports and your best way forward.
Our Support Coordination team is based in North Strathfield and we support participants across greater Sydney region.
