One of our participants Brad * has been held back from living his best life by being unable to access a specialised wheelchair. This led to social isolation, compounded by COVID, and other challenges. Our Support Coordination team were able to work with this participant and his carers to arrange a revised NDIS plan – which included funding for a new specialised wheelchair. Brad’s wheelchair helps him see friends, family and have easier access to the community.
