Activity Time
The program will usually run at the advertised time. Please arrive on time to make the most of the activity and not delay the activity for others.
Cancellations
Please let us know at least 24 hours before the allocated activity if you are unable to attend as planned. This way we can offer a spot to someone on the waiting list. If a cancellation is received with less than 24 hours’ notice, the activity fee will not be refunded.

Please be mindful that our program is a nut-free environment as some participants have allergies.
