Frank Zheng
Chief Operating Officer
Before joining SydWest Multicultural Services in April 2024, Frank was the CEO (from April 2016) and Corporate Services Manager (till Mar 2016) of Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI), an organisation established in 1996 as a migrant resources centre in Auburn, currently providing settlement, families & children, aged and disability services to local communities.
During his time at ADSI, Frank diversified the organisation’s service spectrum by expanding into home care, NDIS, and children & families services, established robust systems and frameworks across all areas including accounting, human resources, risk management, continuous improvement and case management, attracted and retained a skilled workforce, and achieved financial sustainability and future growth potentials. Meanwhile, Frank led ADSI through some critical stages, including the COVID-19 pandemic, aged care quality audit and a range of other accreditations/certifications.
Since 2008, Frank has worked across a range of organisations ranging from peak body, research entity and specialised service provider in the human services sector. Prior to this, Frank came to Australia as a skilled migrant in April 1999 and worked locally and overseas in other industries.
Frank holds Master of Applied Finance (Macquarie University 2003), Bachelor of Business (Shanghai University 1994), and is a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (2018).
Frank is keen to work closely with the SydWest team and contribute his experience and knowledge towards the ultimate SydWest purpose to provide better support, care and services to those in need in the communities.
