Important Information – for all programs

Drop off and pick up for all activities

Croydon Activities Centre, 111 Edwin St North, Croydon.

Activity Time

The program will usually run from 9am to 4pm daily. It is best to arrive between 9am and 9:30am in order to make the most of the day and not delay the activity for others.

Early Start and Late Finish

Needs must be advised at the time of booking. Requests are subject to availability and late finish is from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Cancellations

Please let us know at least 24 hours before the allocated activity if your child is unable to attend as planned. This way we can offer a spot to someone on the waiting list. If a cancellation is received with less than 24 hours’ notice, the activity fee will not be refunded.

Please bring

Companion card, Opal card, Morning tea, lunch and drink, unless otherwise advised in the program.

Personal property

Please ensure that all of your child’s property is clearly marked with their name. We recommend you  include a change of clothes in your child’s bag in case of emergencies.

Companion Cards

If your child has a companion card, please bring it on the day.

Opal Cards

All activities advertised will be using public transport to reach their destinations, therefore it is necessary to bring an Opal card on each day your child attends.

Medication

Medication must be provided in a Webster Pack with a completed and signed Medication Chart every time your child attends. Failure to provide medication in this manner may preclude their attendance on the day.

No Nuts

Please be mindful that our program is a nut-free environment as some participants have allergies.
